It only fits the MK1.

(Received the plate 2 days back extremely fast shipping,
didn't realize it was waiting on my porch until I came back home
now - need to figure out how to leave a feedback!)
(It sure was a great deal - actually got it for a smaller camera, not even a 5D
and it could not be any better).

Jaw hanging open at that price, I paid double that recently for exactly the same bracket 2nd hand...
