Wander around here, Dave, and you'll see that it's about more than just 'landscapes'.  Or perhaps one could include anything in the 'landscape' of the mind.

I like this piece, although I can't decide if the hoses at the TL and the rest of the black background should me made 'black' to wipe out the detail and highlight the metal, or if maybe you should accent the hoses a bit more...  A worthwhile piece in any event.

Yeah, don't worry about it not being a landscape.

As for this photo... for me it would work better as an abstract if you went in a lot tighter on a section of the metal. As it is it doesn't seem all that abstract to me.

Might work better on its side, too. Trouble is, I find it hard to be objective when I feel giddy.

Agree about blackening away the hoses...
