With #1, my eye is really distracted by the out of focus background dancers. Maybe a different angle and greater depth of field to get them all in focus, or a much shallower depth of field to emphasize the front dancer and de-emphasize the ones in back?

Love the eyes on #3.

I like the first one except for the bit of blue in it.  Doesn't seem to fit the palette of the image.

Kinda new to the critique side of things but (now) fully agree on the blue cast in the top pic.

Composition is maybe a little more of a personal taste issue but many thanks for all the comments.
