Novoflex make adaptors for a range of 35mm to MF lenses. You purchase 2 bits; one for your cameras bayonet and one for the lens. They mate together.
Find your camera in the drop down and another drop down loads, presenting the MF lens bayonets available.

I have been seriously looking into getting either a canon digital rebel or the 10D. I currently have a pentax 6x7 system w/ a 135 mm lens and a 55 wide angle. Is there an adapter available to use these lens on either canon . I realize that at best it will be manual but I like the glass . Thanks wyndham@ac.net
