Title: Conwy, Bodnant, Betws-y-Coed and Llandudno, Wales
Post by: nigelrudyard on April 27, 2010, 09:11:44 am
Taken on a very pleasant spring day in North Wales. The first shots are of Bodnant Gardens, which are spectacular in spring (Rhododendrons, Magnolias, Camelias), on through Betws-y-Coed (a confluence of rivers Conwy, Llugwy and Lledr), and finally the nearby seaside town of Llandudno, the "Queen of Welsh Resorts" nestling on the Great Orme peninsula.

Very nice photographic work.

Many thanks. I'm off to the French Alps soon, so just warming up for the real challenge of shooting at 10,000 ft...

I just love that pier picture, Nigel. It really captures the feel of the place.

Many Thanks, John.

It's a place I used to go to as a kid and one of the better seaside towns I know in terms of retaining its traditional feel as a holiday town.

Kind regards,
Nigel
