A technical brochure:

The strong point of these new lenses is their size/weight (titanium housings/mounts!).
About $178,000 for a set of 8 Summilux C lenses.
Now there are four top-class cine-lenses: Panavision Primos, Zeiss Ultra/Master Primes, Cooke S4/S5 and Leica Summiluxes C.
These new lenses are designed and manufactured by Leica Camera (and maybe Weller for mechanics) in Solms/Wetzlar (Germany).
