Title: How to copy and paste a single adjustment?

I know how to copy and paste all adjustments, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it for a single adjustment, such as white balance.  I have tried the little double arrow, but it does not seem to work as expected.  What am I doing wrong?

I think this is a "local adjustment" arrow on each tab... look for a copy arrow on the WB tab.
