Photo Mechanic will do this. You can download a free trial. You'll want to figure out the IPTC Stationery Pad. (I'd recommend doing this on a *copy* of your photos.)

I end up using different tagging software, as certain data are handled better one way or another. In particular, GraphicConverter has the best implementation of GeoTagging due to a great interaction with Google Earth.
Nikon Transfer does a good job of adding tags as the images are copied. Nikon View NX is pretty good for editing specific or multiple tags, and does an okay job with geotags.
Bridge in "Meta Data focus" is the one I use the most, as the editing panels are presented in a very useful way. You can even bulk tag an entire library, although the specific way to get to this feature is insanely hidden in a modal tab which I can never remember how to get to.
