Title: A lens cap that will fit over my Slim CP Filter

I need a lens cap that will fit on my 77mm "slim" circular polarizer.

the Ive got a 24-104mm lens to which ive attache a:slim" 77mm filter

Problem: the supplied lens cap will not attach to the lens  with the filter mounted.
 
There has to be one workaround out there somewhere.

I have seen lens caps that, instead of being a rigid plastic disk that must fit exactly, are a flexible cloth circle with an elastic border that will fit a range of lens diameters.
