Thank you Seamus!
What a great place Ireland.
This green reminds me of Heineken beer, but the gaz station... human like cars, need gazoline to work, in some places now I know the composition of combustible

Seamus, Better keep the Druid in the woods away from that pump or there'll be trouble.

May the road rise up to meet you,

May the wind always be at your back,

And may you be in heaven half an hour before the Devil knows you're gone.
_____

Or something like that.

Luck o' the Irish to you!!

Mike.

Slainte one and all - wherever you are, raise a glass.

Russ, you were right about the Druid. He's been causing havoc already, guzzling non-stop at the pump. The only friend he has left is the robin on his head.  The natives are getting restless and I fear the worst. There is ominous talk of chainsaws.... and it's only mid-morning here.

Anyway, in fairness to the old geezer, he's still standing, although a bit locked at the knees. There's a book running on how low he will go before nightfall.

My worry is that this could be a catastrophe in the making because if things get any worse, the precious pump may end up looking something like this:

Seamus, If that happens to the pump the world will be a sadder place.

By the way, yesterday was my birthday. My mom tried to hold me over 'til St. Paddy's day, but didn't quite make it.
