Hi, I was wondering if there are any other raw conversion programs for the Sinar STI files, to take them to DNG, other than Brumbaer? as I put another post in the Aperture section but no joy yet. Aperture can not read the STI or converted DNG files from Brumbaer and I am after any solution to allow me to archive them in Aperture 3. thanks heaps!

Raw Developer can read Sinar files. I don't have a Sinar back, so I can't say how well it does. The developer of Raw Photo Processor is also very open to adding support, so it may be worthwhile getting in touch with him.

The following programs can read the STI files:
Sinar CaptureShop - saves TIFFs
Sinar eXposure - saves DNGs (these are editable in Lightroom and C1, also in RawDeveloper)
RawDeveloper (reads and converts STI files and saves TIFFs/JPEGs, also reads DNGs and saves as TIFFs/JPEGs)
Brumbaer
My normal workflow is to use eXposure to convert STI to DNG and then edit in Lightroom. I have however started to use RawDev more often now as it has very good function for suppression of dead pixels. In that case, I use eXposure to convert to DNG, then I process the DNGs in RawDev and output to TIFF as needed.
