I can't seem to get C1Prov5 to work to save my life.
Every time I start a new session, then shoot, the start another new session, the application crashes, giving my the spinning beach ball.
Can't seem to get past a single session.
I'm shooting with a Canon 5dMKII, on a brand new iMac (2 days old), running OS 10.6.2.
Any suggestions?

Trash your Phase One prefs (in the User/Library/Preferences/com.phaseone.captureone.plist)
Disconnect all your external FireWire devices and you camera and relaunch C1 5. Does that allow a normal start? Quite, connect your camera and restart C1 5, does it start and see the camera? If so, quit and restart with the camera and the FW drives connected...that work?

Tired that with no luck.
I'm currently in contact with Phase One support.
Hopefully they can figure it out.
