Title: email notification updates?

For the last few weeks I have not been receiving any email notification updates for threads I have recently subscribed to, though they continue to arrive for older threads when somebody adds a new post. Is anybody else having this problem? I always make sure the box to enable email notification is ticked.

I've had some, but they have become rather unreliable lately. However, I'm so addicted to this site and visit it so often that it probably doesn't matter!
