Title: Which Small Digital for Landscapes?

I am in the market for a small digital for taking landscape and plant pictures while hiking.  I have an Olympus C-50 (8 oz.) and like the size, battery life, and adjustability but need a better lens.  Is there anything similar to the fixed lens Olympus Stylus Epic but in digital?  I want a lot of pixels for the detail in my landscapes - I don't want to carry a DSLR.
