Title: Custom paper size - Epson 9900, OSX 10.6, latest driver

I'm configuring under PS custom paper sizes, for test strips. In the printer driver, under "Paper handling", "destination paper size" is stuck on default (A4), and the list doesn't contain the custom paper I've made.

Any suggestions?
