Yeah, I know, d/l LR and try it. Can and probably will, but to those with experience with both, what are your findings? I'm not even too proud to use a freebie/cheapie like RawTherapee and will appreciate any experiences.
C1 is fine, but I'm not enthusiastic about the UI. Photography is a hobby and I really have no heavy DAM requirements.

I think beneath the surface, C1 is better. However, since 3.8 the UI has been a PIA for me. I still use C1 as my main RAW program, but sometimes I'll go back to Pixmantec Rawshooter. This was a really good program, and one version was free. I believe Adobe bought them out and the result was Lightroom, but it is nothing like Rawshooter.
