Leaf adapter kit includes focusing screen for 36x48 sensors, sync cable, camera control cable, and the adapter plate itself. Basically like new in the original box. Retails for $750, my asking price is $589 shipped anywhere in the USA.

No the h1 adapters will always need a sync cable regardless if its the D model.
