I don't believe Canon nor Nikon produces a 600mm 2.8

The option in this focal length is f 4.0

Correct.  The fastest 600 you can get is an f4; the longest f2.8 lens you can get is a 400mm...

I do have a Canon 400/2.8 I might sell if that is what you are looking for...
