I had a non-experience, FWIW, but it gave me a good impression. When I spoke to them on the phone they seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I booked a Canon 100-400L a couple of months in advance, then discovered I could borrow one from a friend. They took the cancellation well and didn't charge me a cancellation fee, which technically they could reasonably have done.

I'd certainly give them another go.
