Hello All,
Seeking advice from any HP Photosmart Pro B9180 owners using this printer under Apple's latest OS release OS X 10.5.7...
Since upgrading to this dot release over the weekend, I find that the drop-down to select "Application managed color" is now gone! As anyone who uses their own paper profiles knows this is a CRITICAL selection in the printer driver. Has anyone else noticed this anomaly and/or have a solution? I've contacted HP Support already and their solution was to remove all HP drivers and software, and then re-install. I've done this using the latest driver posted on HP's website for the B9180, but still no drop-down to opt for "Application managed color." I would really appreciate it if anyone has any insight to pass on...
