Where in your user profile can you register you product key code for software? I only see camera, lens, and back options. I'm trying to update to C14 pro from C13 pro on a clients computer for them. I am running C14 fine myself and haven't had any issues when I installed it. I just can't seem to get it to work for them.

got it. he used an old email when he installed C1pro3. put that in and all is good!
