I've only bought memory cards from them but had no problems at all. Their customer service was pretty good too.

I bought my 5d2 from them. They were excellent - keen price and friendly, helpful service. The camera was delivered to my home at 7am the working day after I'd ordered it.

I'm a Bristol local and have used the shop fairly frequently with no issues. I can't comment on the online shopping experience.

I've been there; it is a great place to look around in. It is packed to the rafters with old camera things. I bought 2 Russian movie film developing tanks.
They cannot properly fix a S8 Canon movie camera mirror however.
