I bought this Gitzo G1321 leveling base new as a backup. It has never been used. It's never even been out of the box: I opened it once, the day it was delivered, to eyeball it for due diligence, closed it, and it's been on the shelf ever since. Fits Gitzo 3, 4 and 5 series Systematic tripods, current and older models alike.

I'm asking $150.00 USD + Paypal and shipping, which I feel is the fair price.
