I've got a Contax TLA 360 flash but no manual for it. After a lot of searching I've pretty much given up - aside from buying another 360 with a manual I'm seem to be stuck. Given that - If someone here has a manual that they'd be willing to make a short term loan of - I'll scan it and create a PDF manual that I can post to one of the sites that catelogs user manuals. If you'd rather not lend it out (understandable) I'd probably be willing to pay for a high quality photocopy (depending on number of pages - could get kind of expensive)

there may be a PDF file of the manual available on line. I may have one (will look in an old file) the problem also may be that since the company or at least this line is no longer in business and may not be currently available.
I will post here, if I still have it. (Sorry I can't find any of the old files I once had)

Try finding a Nikon SB28 (I think its this model) manual as an alternative - the TLA360 looks suspiciously similar - like it came out of the same factory (which it probably did) I think that mostly its only the hotshoe connections that are different.

The 28DX manual is available on Nikon website:
