I am looking for a lightweight solution to taking panoramic landscape shots with my H body and Aptus back. Are there any other manufacturers that make a shift adapter which can be fitted onto an H body? I do not have the need for tilt, just basic horizontal shift capability, that can accept Rodenstock or Schneider digital lenses.
The HTS 1.5 is ridiculously expensive at over 5 grand, especially for hobby usage.
Thanks in advance!

Euh.... cambo RS with H adapter?
Otherwise if it has to be attached to your H body I see no other alternative than the CF adapter combined with the PC Mutar however I have no clue whether that will function properly even if it should in theory. This enables you to use V body lenses and not Schneider or Rodenstock.

The Cambo RS is a great setup, but too expensive for my needs. Has anyone had experience with Dayi or Gaoersi bodies, or are they Chinese junk?

You can buy a used cambo wide ds
FS Wide DS (http://luminous-landscape.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=30944&hl=cambo+wide+ds)

Thanks John,
The Cambo Wide is an attractive setup, but if I'm going to be spending over 5k, I would rather stick with the H body, and the HTS adapter.
Could you tell me how you focus, since you have no sliding adapter?

How about custom made? I use sinar 140x140 frame and DB shutter and flexadapter and leaf back combinations. It has similar to capture group true wide version. If you use sinar system, it is very cheaper one. I use H1 with hc 50-110 & 150, for wideangle, I use custom sinar setup, pentax 35 for 645, nikkor 28 PC, sigma 12-24.
