Title: 35mm B/W neg scanning. Nikon Coolscan LS 2000 or Epson Perfection V750M?
Post by: Mahombi on January 28, 2009, 05:19:46 am
I'm about to scan a fair number of my 35mm black and white negs. A friend has offered to lend me his Coolscan LS 2000 film scanner. Would this be a better bet than scanning them on my Epson V750M? Quality of the scan is the most important consideration for me. I know that generally, dedicated film scanners are recommended for 35mm film scans, but given the the Coolscan model and age, I'm wondering whether the V750M might outperform it.
