After reading a few threads,I wanted to introduce myself to this community and look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members in regards to one of my favorite past times.
Costa Rica offers an abundant amount of animals and plant life that are more than happy to pose for a picture.
Best regards,
Richard

Richard,
Welcome to the forum!
FWIW, Michael wrote an essay in 2003: Costa Rica Wildlife and Landscape (http://www.luminous-landscape.com/locations/costa-rica-2003.shtml). The Video Journal has some footage about his workshop (LLVJ issue #11).

Hello Richard,
I am traveling to Costa Rica with my family in June and staying near Dominical. We were there 2 years ago and really enjoyed the trip.
Stayed in Tamarindo and drove to Arenal and Monteverde. Yours is a fantastic country!
This trip will include the costal area around Dominical as well as a trip to the Osa area. Please offer any thoughts you have on other things in this area.

Hi,
one of the forum members, RobertWatcher wrote and photographed extensively about a long visit to Costa Rica last year, here is his posting that contains a lot of updates and photo's, it kinda turned out like a blog if I remember correctly.
