There seem to be two very different shades of 'Hartblei" out there, with old and new products selling at almost 10x difference.
Check out the $600 35mm superrotator

vs. the $5,000 40mm Hartblei

or is it the $??? 40mm Rodenstock Digaron?

I am not all that happy with the resolution of my Canon 45mm TS-E, although it is a decent lens. Ive been thinking of a Zork adapter, or the 35mm Hartlblei... when I hear about this mysterious 40mm Tilt shift that by the price of it appears it would be made of solid gold. Dipped in Platinum.

I think Mr.Stefan Steib at Hartblei can help in this. as far as my knowledge is concerned Hartblei.eu is authorized people... my experience with the lense was good in one workshop.
