Title: Phase One Adapter Plates for Contax

What are the options for adapters for Phase One P series digital backs on my Contax 645?  For Hassy or Mamiya mounts is it possible? Are there 3rd party suppliers or does only P1 make them?  Do adapter plates create focusing problems with their added thickness? Anyone know the prices?

There is no such device.

There are no adapters for Phase One backs. You will have to send it to Phase One for a mount swap. If the back has a "Value Added" warranty, you are allowed one change free of cost.
