I find this combo to be excellent when shooting still life in the studio.

Doesn't the 1Ds Mk III have some form of dust buster?

Lens appears to perform well but there is a galaxy of dust in that photo.

It should have, I haven't had any problems at all with dust on my 1DsMk3.
