Hi, new here and I'm looking I am looking at the ipf6100 and found what looks like a deal at Shades of paper for $1800 if I buy an extra ink set at $69 per tank x 12 = $828. Can any one tell me will this printer work with CS4 and will it work on a 64bit system also any feed back on Shades of Paper ? also it sounds like a good price, I am sure its being discounted due to the arrival of the 6200. any thoughts wouls be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I have an ipf5000, and it works fine on Vista x64 so the 6100 should be fine. The printing plugin is for CS3, and you might have a hard time installing it to CS4. But if you have both CS3 and CS4 installed, you can copy the export plugin from CS3 to CS4 and then it will work just fine in CS4.

itsupplies.com is where I picked my Z3100 up from.
I was going to go with the Canon until I used my friends ipf5000 and had nightmare driver issues.. that and it complaining about paper sizes.. made up my mind with the HP. It's a spectacular printer, but so are the new Canons. Hopefully they have fixed their drivers!
