Title: PSCS4 trouble

I am using PSCS4 on vista ultimate 64. My problem is that bridge does not respond to ratings or labels. The files don't show them. The thumbnails only show the file name. Same problem with vista 32 bits.Problem exists even if ratings are applied with the view menu or shortcuts.
   Also, the thumbnails in bridge don't update after editing in raw. Any suggestions appreciated. Louis bouillon

Hi,

This is a bit of a long shot, but I have had a similar problem but on a MacPro, in my case it was because the files had been assigned READ-ONLY, so I could not make any modification or create any XMP's

like I said it might be a long shot, but just check

HI louis,

select the files in the windows explorer and right click and check properties, it will come up in the first window.

 i hope this will help
