Title: Anyone With Experience With Ulsaker Studio, Conn.
Post by: Mitchell Baum on October 30, 2008, 03:11:42 pm
I'm looking for medium format. Ulsaker seems knowledgeable, and as close as anyone to Maine.
Any experience with this dealer?

Best,

Mitchell

Mitchell,

I can echo all of  Jeff's comments. I've dealt with Michael and Chris for years and their support and knowledge has been consistent.
You won't find a better dealer.

Best,

I can only recommend Michael like anybody here: a very dedicated and knowledgeable person, as far as Sinar equipment is concerned.

Best regards,
Thierry

Michael Ulsaker is an outstanding rep. He knows Hasselblad, Leaf, and Sinar like the back of his hand. He and Chris provide reliable and consistent support.

I bought a Leaf DCB II Live on a sinar cam used from Michael about  8 or so years ago.
He was one of the most helpful people I ever dealt with. I was on the other side of the country and would call with tons of questions and he was always there to give great advice.
I really can’t say enough about how helpful Michael was.
I went from the DCB to the Cantare to the Valeo and now the Aptus 75 and since the Contare have been using a dealer closer to home. Even after switching to a closer dealer I have called Michael with questions and he always makes time to help me out.

Thanks everybody.

I'm glad asked. I'd heard all these great things about the Atlanta guys, and my excellent experience with Steve Hendricks and Dave Chapman confirmed that, but it's good to know there's a great dealer here in New England as well.

I had a long talk with Micheal yesterday, and he was very knowledgeable and patient.

Best,

Mitchell
