Title: Unsticky CS4

Couple quick questions.  Loaded CS4 and wondering why it's not remembering where things are when I quit it.  I use two monitors, Photoshop palettes on the left, image and Bridge on the right monitor.  Upon starting Photoshop, palettes sometimes shift, the histogram doesn't open like I left it, the image keeps opening in the left monitor as well as Bridge.

Also I can't seem to get the ever popular, at least with me, selection based on Luminosity values...the keyboard sequence "option command ~" to work.  It works in CS3.
