I purchased Vista Ultimate to upgrade the OS in my Dell Precision Workstation 470. Before I installed it, I purchased a MacPro, so I don't need the Vista software.
For sale $100 plus shipping OBO.
I also have my Dell workstation for sale: 4GB RAM, 320GB internal RAID, internal fax/modem. $700 plus shipping OBO.
