Title: Photoshop CS2 upgrade problem

Need help and advice on my upgrade from CS2 to CS3 problems.

I'm upgrading my Adobe Creative Suite CS2 Premium to CS3 but all other applications like InDesign, Illustrator all okay, only the Photoshop CS3 turn in grey and show (Conflict)

I uninstall the CS2 and reinstalled still have the same problem.

Your best bet is to find your license key for your CS2 and call Adobe.  I had the same issue and they walked me through what to do.
