Title: Bowens Prolite 100 Issue
Post by: avelpavel on July 03, 2008, 09:35:57 am
I have found a Prolite 100 lightly used for a good price. It has been not used for at least 4 years so I made a check with a lightmeter to test if it fires consistently. The issue is that the first time I have turned it on the flash (and not the pilot lamp which was off) has been enlighted by a cold light, it seemed like a small fire flame. Then I tried again switching it off and on, then it worked with no problem and with constant output.
Has anyone found a similar issue with a Prolite?

Thanks for your help!

Greetings

Roberto
