Title: ACR4 - Can I save Retouch Tool in Save Settings?

I can't see an option in Save Settings to save the Retouch Tool changes. Am I missing something?

If not, there should be an option to do so.

When migrating between folders of images shot on the same day (and therefore likely to have similar spot/dust problems) it should be possible to simply correct an image in one folder and apply those settings everywhere.

If I can't do that, any alternative?
