I know this software exists.  When my wife was a freelance designer she tracked this kind of info.  It had a clock that you would click on for each project.  This was 1998.  There is probably a better version around today.  Sorry I can't help.

my business runs on MS Access - I made the Database from scratch

this means

you can make it do whatever you want (and that can be some very cool stuff)

you have to learn how to do it (easy)

you have to build it (time heavy)

any design errors you make can make future problems

I got my design pretty right because my finances had migrated from paper to Excel and then to Access without really changing the design

Just the unpaid invoices pile became an unpaid invoices report

My picture database is integrated which is also mega cool because I have a button 're-license this image' and an invoice is generated even with a thumbnail attached, image sets can be related to original commissioner etc

Once you get into your own database there is endless fun if you are a bit twisted

inporting bank statements and matching with invoices

cashflow predictions based on client payment history

tie-ing receipts to a equipment asset management

even recording how much money has been shot with what lens !

(I havent gone that far)

I use iBiz by IGG Software. Highly recommended. I am not sure about multiple currencies, though.

Successware from what I've heard is very good.

It manages the day-to-day operations of your business and helps maximize profits and prices for your products based on their production costs.

Creates photography-specific business plans, generates invoices and keeps track of your financials etc.

Here's a link [a href=\"http://www.successware.net/products.html]http://www.successware.net/products.html[/url]

www.marketcircle.com

Billings from Marketcircle can record hours etc and generate invoices and estimates.

I use the Daylite product from the same company. Keeps all my customer information etc. connected to all the emails. Very useful.

Not sure about multicurrency on Billings
