There's a really good video of photographer Joe McNally talking at Google, available here:

It's a little over an hour, but he talks a lot about his work over the past 30 years, the people he's worked with, some of the work he's done... well worth the time in my opinion.

I saw Joe give essentially the same talk at a local art college a few weeks back here in CT. He's a very nice guy and an engaging speaker!!
