Hello all
I've recently noticed a print issue with my B9180 printer. I have not printed an 18x12 on the HP A3+ paper for a while until a few days ago.
When I did I noticed that the printer kind of stopped without completing the last pass of the printer head, leaving a small strip of improperly printed image.
I'm using a Mac, and printing with the photoshop plug-in on the HP smooth fine art paper. It used to print fine, so am at a loss. A print on A3 glossy seemed fine.
I also had messages about printer door being open, and problems feeding the paper in.
Any thoughts, comments and solutions would be really welcome.
Thanks
Steven

Could be the paper sensor isn't reading the paper at the end correctly. Is the paper curved up at the end or sides?
You have to use a custom size set up for 12x18, or is that just the image size?

Thanks Neil
The paper is the HP Smooth fine art, brand new, from an unopened box - I even took the wrapper off!! It appears OK.
I'm using the photosmart plug-in which has allows the selection of the exact paper, with settings that I have used without problems in the past.
