Hello,
I have just checked the Ilford Web Site and their Printer Compatibility Chart (http://www.ilford.com/en/pdf/prods/galerie/GAL%20Compatibility%20Chart_A4.pdf).
I was surprised to see that the Ilford Gold paper is not recommended with the HP 9180, but is recommended with the Z3100.
Has anyone tried the Ilford Galerie Gold Fibre Silk with the Z3100 and could someone explain me why this paper works with the Z3100 and not with the 9180 ?
Thanks

I don't know why they would state it doesn't work with the 9180. I've been printing with it for 2 months on mine with excellent results. You have to be careful inserting it via the SMT because of its thickness to avoid head strikes.

Kenneth,
Thanks for your reply.
Are you using ICC profiles provided by Ilford or are you using your own ICC profiles ?
Have you tried B&W and colors pictures with this paper ?
Thanks
