In the past I'd successfully used and so recommended AOA DVD Creator to convert the LLVJ downloads to a DVD format playable on a standard TV. Even after updating both the Quicktime and AoA programs, AoA DVD Creator no longer works with LLVJ downloads.

My suspicion is that AoA DVD cReator does not support 'B Frames'. Perhaps there is or will be an update that does...
In my effort to always upgrade the size/quality ratio of these downloads, I have opted to use B frames in LLVJ-17 which are 'key frames' that predict motion change both forwards and backwards (bi-directional). This means more load on the processor and certain older hardware and/or software packages will not support them.
A suggestion is to export the video from QuickTime Player Pro or other free video format converter like MPEG StreamClip to a video stream that does not use B frames and then try AoA DVD again. Check the Video FAQ (http://luminous-landscape.com/videos/Dwnld_Video-faq.shtml) for links

Thanks but I've already spent far too time on this project. I'm just giving up on the TV show and will watch the computer version.

Use DVD FLick - no problems.

It works now? Worked like crap last time I tried it.

Maybe it was you. I've used it on all the LL downloads including the tutorials. No problems at all.
