Title: RGB Values panel

My RGB values panel has started showing only the red channel.  I can't for the life of me figure out what I did to make that happen, or reset it so all channels show.  Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

The more tools you activate in the toolbar below the image the smaller the RGB values panel gets.  Turn off some of the tools you don't use and the RGB panel will expand showing you all three values.
