Title: Importing Custom Paper Profile in Colorbyte's IP7

Hi,
 I was not truly happy with the profile from Colorbyte on a particular paper
 I’m using with my Epson 4000. I purchased the One-Eye Photo LT, created an ICC
 profile of the paper. When launching Imageprint, a message stated the
 profile was not compatible with my printer? I’m using a MAC (Leopard) and everything
 else works fine.

 have not had good luck reaching Colorbyte.
