Beautiful light!  I think though that the shot looks a bit over-processed -- looks like you cranked the black point up too high and there are no midtones.  Also looks over-sharpened to me but I can't really tell at that size.

The good news is you have a great starting point

Good shot.  I don't mind the contrasty effect.  I never know what to think about mountain shots with ski slopes--those are ski slopes aren't they.  They are certainly beautiful, but I am not a fan of too much human presence in shots.

Snowy winter photography is right around the corner.  Yippee!

It's hard to tell at this size, but it appears to me that the image is lacking in detail.  The distant mountains also look a bit too processed for my tastes.  However, I like the framing and the general contrast level of the image.

Go Tigard Tigers!  My own alma mater (sniff).
