Title: Problem post-upgrade to PSCS 3
Post by: frankiegee on August 30, 2007, 08:42:28 pm
Good Evening to All:
I'm on a Powermac G5 and just upgraded to PSCS 3; I also upgraded to Camera Raw 4.1 before even using. My problem is in Bridge. My jpegs and Tiffs are fine but my Camera Raw thumbnails are non-existant! They appear as a white (top-right corner folded) icon with a seemingly polaroid picture on its surface. All my Raw files are displayed this way. They were taken with a Canon 10D and a 5D so I know the cameras are supported. I did install the Camera Raw update in the correct location. Any help? Thanks to all for any suggestions.

Addendum to the above:
I think the Raw icon displays a polaroid symbol that is Preview on the Mac; if I double-click on the Raw icon, it once opened in Preview. All other times it opens in Camera Raw but I don't know which file I'm clicking on. Thanks again and I apologize for not including this in the original post.
