Title: Get better at setup or hire a retoucher ?

Better than an MF camera ?

I cannot do all of that - but I wonder whether learning to might not be a good investment ?

That doesn't loom like a 30 minute job to me.... the hair, the direction of the light, the make-up.... that looks like a composite of more than a single shot to me.
