Title: ICC-Profile for Olmec semi-gloss
Post by: thom on August 04, 2007, 12:46:37 pm
Hello

I have a pack of Paper "Olmec heavyweight semi-gloss/semi-gloss double-sided 270gsm". I'd like to use it with my Epson 3800.
This paper is discontinued and there isn't any ICC-Profiles for Epson-K3-Printers on the ICI Website. Can someone help me?

Maybe you have a profile for an 4800 or so, maybe for a Olmec satin or glossy paper, all this can help.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Well, the print heads for a 3800 and 4800 are different and the screens are different, so the profiles would also need to be quite different. A better bet would be to try the Epson-supplied 3800 profiles for Premium Luster or Premium Semi-Gloss (with their respective Media Type settings in the driver).
