Title: Importing of keywords

I am currently using BreezeBrowser to keep track of my archive. I was wondering if all the keywords I have embedded in my files can be imported into Lightroom or will I have to start all over again?

After watching Jeff and Michaels tutorial last night I can see a lot of time saving functions in Lightroom which make me seriously consider going for it.
